Mandy was great to work with for Myo! She was super patient with me and kind when keeping me on track. She did a great job describing the moves and was available to answer questions throughout the entire process. For the first time in three years I have needed NO seasonally allergy medication. Prior to the Myo work I was ending up with such a rugged cough I ended up on an inhaler. I chose to do this work to try to help save my front teeth (tiny roots) as a result of tongue thrust. I am happy to give a review on the myofunctional therapy I have received from Mandy Thompson. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago and have been using a C-Pap machine. Since working with Mandy on tongue exercises, my test results have improved significantly. My goal is to be off the machine permanently. These exercises have also helped me to breath through my nose with lips closed, to provide healthy breathing. I highly recommend MT Breathing Solutions.
