Waited in line for 20minutes when three tables were available, waited another 20min after ordering to be told they didn’t have chicken which we ordered, got food eventually which was good. Then they auto added 18% tip which was bizarre. Probably because the service is so shit and they don’t usually get tipped.
I stopped into this brewery to grab some merch for friends. I arrived at 12:04, to which all doors were still locked. (Website says open at noon). When i entered the store, not one employee acknowledged me. I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience since they were unpacking boxes. It was at this point I decided to leave. All in all, the service I received to simply buy a hat, was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't stop here again.
