Avoid Dr Keen at all costs. I have seen Dr Keen on several occasions, and each time I have left feeling belittled and disappointed by his consistently rude and dismissive manner. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated experience, as friends and family members who have previously attended his practice have shared similar concerns. I had a very disappointing experience at this medical centre with Dr Jyothi Bumi Reddy. I visited twice with severe cold and flu symptoms, including a heavy cough and chest congestion. On both occasions, no diagnostic swab was suggested or performed, and I was prescribed oral steroids. I was also charged an out-of-pocket consultation fee on both visits despite having a valid Medicare card. First visit. Met Dr Mark Kean after being well introduced by front office staff. I appreciated the medical support and advice from Dr Keen
