Easy to access, polite and, with one notable exception, kind staff. Have seen three doctors here. Two, Drs McLeod and Edward’s, were thorough and very kind. I could not recommend them highly enough. The third, Dr Monet, was aggressive, rude and, in my opinion, focused on two things: patient weight and scheduling visits to the second (money making?) I did a booking on the website, the website showed me the confirmation message but i never received the confirmation sms, how i saw the message on the website i came for the appointment but the staff in there didn’t find the booking and i waste my time
Excellent services Reception was outstanding ,well organized Doctor Mark Keen ,he’s the best of the best!!. He was thorough in his examination and highly professional attitude My wife now is under his care also I definitely won’t go anywhere else!!
After a month of discomfort and 5 visits elsewhere Dr. Keen fixed my ear problem in 5 minutes. ....and also now my wife one year later.
Doctor didn't really listen to me, and thought they knew everything there ever was to know. Got what I needed in the end after multiple appointments.
