New patient and my first visit today. I now have a wonderful new Dr. Karen Prior is caring, professional and empathetic as well as thorough. I finally feel that I'm a patient rather than just a Medicare billing. Reception and Nursing staff were also very friendly and welcoming
I recently had an experience at this facility that left me quite disappointed. I had genetic carrier screening done and it was agreed that the doctor would only contact me if I was a carrier for any of the tested diseases. I later received an SMS regarding follow-up and, assuming it meant I was a carrier, promptly scheduled an appointment. Amazing service from the reception staff to the Doctor. I saw Dr Karen Prior and she was so understanding and amazing. I had previously been to another clinic where I was completely shrugged off after going in with some serious issues. I cannot express how wonderful Dr Karen Prior was and how proactive she was with my issues. Highly recommend! I've definitely found my new GP 😊
