worst company to hold a mortgage with. I wish they didnt! Was horrible to deal with during COVID when they could have done the right thing. The money hungry mongrels came out. As if their pockets weren't fat enough.
This outfit is run by mental pigmys. No one that works there has passed the 1st grade.
They don't even deserve 1 start. I have requested a pay off since the beginning of February am getting every excuse in the book as to why I am not getting a payoff. LIke who the hell doesn't want 35k.
Horrible! We had never had a problem with our mortgage or insurance until these guys bought our loan from Wells Fargo. This is not the first time our mortgage has been transferred and so far every other servicer has been just fine. Now, for some reason, M&T can't seem to "find" our proof of hazard insurance. Why does this company have such a hard time finding documents the other servicers had no problem finding?
