My debit card was hacked and bank was zero help
When I visit a branch, they ask me a bunch of questions, even if I just want to withdraw $100 from my account. They want to know why I need the money and what I’m going to do with it. It’s my money, not theirs. I paid taxes on it from my paycheck, and I’m entitled to get it back. It’s a bit frustrating when they ask such personal questions about my financial decisions. Mobile banking is always down when you need it most. Very disappointing.
Honestly M&T is not so great like everyone thinks. Yea stay on top of your payments because if you passed due over hardship they will not sympathize with you and will give u attitudes and ignore you , not call back . And if they do call u back they call u once and hang up and don’t leave a message and then say they called u . Absolute worse bank ever .
