I made 3 separate appointments to discuss business finance, and the banker no-showed all 3 times. After the second no show I called the branch office and they told me that person wasn't even working that the appointment was schedule. And they told me to reschedule online. I then scheduled a 3rd appointment on a day I confirmed that person would be in the office. I talked to the person the appointment was with that morning, and confirmed it.
