Awful, has gone completely downhill since changing from people’s bank to M&T bank. I can’t access my account anymore and when I went in person at 5 (says it closes at 6) it’s closed and has this note that they changed their hours! What bank closes at 4? Also ATM doesn’t work. 0/10 bank
I seldom use an in person bank anymore, but I was there a few weeks ago and asked if the change machine was functioning. It was, but today when I went to use it I was told that it was broken and since the old contract was with People's Bank it may never be fixed. Hmm. I was told I could go to New Canaan but that's a hike for me. Then some guy was using the ATM to take out a mortgage or something because it was taking forever (over five minutes) while there were NO other customers in the whole place. Slow had to ting bell at drive up 4 times before someone acknowledged me.
Visiting this branch is always speedy, and the staff is friendly. Very convenient location.
