Horrid customer service and manager was outright rude. If you’re looking for a bank I would keep driving.
Great service by Chloe Beaulie, on facilitating in a very convenient way a Bank direct deposit form that I needed right away, polite, and friendly even with my strong Spanish accent. Thanks
They decided to close my account a week after I opened it and started adding money in it to get my car fixed. Now I need to wait for them to send me a check for the money and now I cannot get my car fixed. I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. That chance just costed me getting my car fixed anytime this weekend.
