They decided to close my account a week after I opened it and started adding money in it to get my car fixed. Now I need to wait for them to send me a check for the money and now I cannot get my car fixed. I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. That chance just costed me getting my car fixed anytime this weekend.

The manager denied my transaction because I was “suspicious “ questioning me why would I travel out of state to make a withdrawal ( 10 minutes farther is CT)and my signature didn’t match even thought I have provided all the documents that I was asked for and answered all personal questions. I was put in very difficult spot as I was unable to make in time to any other branch. I will never return to that specific location and they just lost a customer.
