The bank has decent service and the staff is friendly, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long. At least it’s a nice place to sit while you wait! I wish they had more tellers during peak hours.
Spoke with Carol over the phone, explained my needs to her. She set up a appointment the same day and opened my SBA. This is the type of partner I want in my corner.
ATM is out of service VERY often. It's frustrating to need cash and not be able to get it outside of banking hours. You're forced to go elsewhere. The employees are great and I know it isn't their fault.
