I have been a customer of M&T Bank for at least 15 years. I just recently moved to this area. This is a new branch for me. I had a possible identity theft issue. I had to go into the Bank to resolve it. The Vice President and Branch Manager Ms.Ariel Garcia, listened to my situation and all my concerns, gave me great advice, and suggested I close my old accounts and open new ones.
