This bank continues to impress me with new levels of incompetence. Not a single person there seems happy to help customers. On top of that, M&T customer service is declining across the board both in person and online. This bank is only good if you use Wilmington Advisors, and even then M&T is still rude as heck.
Not impressed with this bank or their customer service. I need to sign something as the treasurer of a Girl Scout troop. Called earlier in the day to say I would be there at 3pm. I get there at 3:02pm and ask for the contact. They asked me to have a seat. I see the person and she’s busy with a customer. Sounded like setting up a new account. I waited but no one at the desk told anyone I was waiting. A signature should take 2 seconds and I called to advise when I would be there but I was still left to sit and wait. I left. Wh... read more
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. The people are completely incompetent and when you try and deal with customer service they are equally incompetent
Had a great experience working with Michael Mickiewicz. I came in because I was confused on how my 3 accounts were working but he helped me troubleshoot and quickly solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable about all the M&T products and was very patient in assisting me. Thanks for the help Mike!
