These ladies at this branch are very professional and courteous. Thank you Krystle for your patience and understanding.
Unfortunately, customer service at M&T, and the version of People's United Bank before the changeover cannot compare to the People's Bank that I have used since the early 1990s. I recently walked into an M&T branch where four people were working behind the counter. There was one other customer talking with one of the tellers. Sounded like a personal conversation.
