These are the laziest and most judgemental people ever. M&T is a horrible bank anyway but this one is the worst. My mom gave me a large amount in a check and I went here so not to lose it. I walk in and I am wearing a t shirt and sweatpants and they did the one thing your not supposed to Judge a person by how they look. They gave me a hard time because the check had white out and post dates and we walked out and went to the M&T by me with the same check they changed the date to the 22nd and took the check no problem.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, great experience!
Online banking is constantly “temporarily unavailable”
They recently acquired Peoples bank which makes them much more conventional for me. The have the best no fee checking account ive seen anywhere.
