The policy of the bank is both to harrass and lie to its customers. On multiple occasions in line i heard tellers interrogate customers as to the need for cash withdrawals . It wasnt until i started using robinhood investing that i experienced multiple cases myself. The fraud prevention blocked it , when i called to remove the block they blamed visa , next day same thing , 3rd day same thing . I called visa because m and t staff refused. Hearing the staff laugh at a customer in the drive thru was especially nice. (Sarcasm) That customer was upset because they just wanted to cash a check, however apparently there's a new rule that non customers must come inside. Of course there's no way to know that without going through the drive thru and attempting a transaction first.
