Hearing the staff laugh at a customer in the drive thru was especially nice. (Sarcasm) That customer was upset because they just wanted to cash a check, however apparently there's a new rule that non customers must come inside. Of course there's no way to know that without going through the drive thru and attempting a transaction first.
