After recently opening an account, came to this branch to ask a seemingly simple question - confirming my routing number and process for a wire. Was given a dismissive and as it turns out incorrect answer (according to central support). They initially didn’t even want to lookup my account despite my request and when they did still provided the wrong routing number and information.
