Great service and staff at M&T Bank Shrewsbury St.
I'm not sure if management reviews this but, they should. It was better when it was People's Back. Nice people but can't get the transactions right. On 3 occasions I deposited checks with cash back. They processed the transaction but didn't receive the cash back. The tellers need to watch the deposit slips. As a reminder but banking needs to be accurate and through since it's the customers money and needs to be addressed. Thanks
Down to earth and great service can't say enough about Sergio and how informative and easy to speak with he was/is.As a person with identity theft problems this place is where you should go! Actively pressing charges and presuing theft and identity crimes!Super clean Bank where if they don't recognize you extra precautions are taken! Just what I'd needed in a world of ever changing threats a bank who has all the boxes checked!
My family and I have had more issues with this bank than should have ever occurred. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Too many mistakes with our money. I cannot recommend this bank.
