This is a terrible bank with no support staff, and they just don't take care of their customers. I will stay away from this bank at all times.
We met Anthony Coconato (SONYMA Hall of Fame Loan Officer) of M&T Bank at one of our homeownership expo’s and this was the loan officer for us. After switching from another bank to M&T to obtain my first home mortgage Anthony Coconato was a breath of fresh air from the prior loan officer I dealt with. Whenever I would call or email he always took the time to explain in detail all the financial aspects to me as if I was the only client in the world. Between myself and my realtor contracting him several times a day for months he was always helpful with a kind positive attitude.
