Just opened an account staff is friendly and helpful, and have great options for different types of banking.

Customer service is outstanding. Personal experience couldnt be better. Not too particularly fond of some of the fees, especially when someone goes to cash a check from M&T without an account with them. But the personnel at this particular branch, super courteous.
