The manager of this branch, Joe Warwnynski, spoke to me like I was stupid. I have never been condescended to in such a blatant, borderline misogynistic manner. As a woman with a disability who was made to feel incredibly stupid and as if things were my fault, I felt utterly demeaned and disparaged after my interaction with him. M&T needs to do a much better job with training their employees with basic customer service skills, and I will never do business with M&T again. DO NOT GO HERE.
Fix the tap pay option on your ATMs
5 tellers working and two watching the others work.....and only two actually work. 3rd was well I couldn't determine if they were working.
