I go to the drive up ATM 99% of the time. Today was a reminder why going inside is worth the time. Joanne was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Her and her colleague were genuine service with a smile. Thanks to both of them for working together to find the various denominations I needed for Christmas gifts. Btw...a reminder to wear your pj's inside out...right Joanne ;)
Keep having minor annoyance, like this month, my "FREE" account did not have the service fee refunded. They have a word arrangement for a "Free" account where they charge you the service fee and SUPPOSEDLY refund it. Gotta go get this error fixed, just like the errors before. HOWEVER, as for most of the services of a standard bank, they do provide those adequately.
I’ve been coming to this branch for years. The “banker” customer service is just getting to the unacceptable point of breaking. The wait time to talk to someone seated in the cube is becoming infinite. Personally, I ended up leaving multiple times without getting things done because my patience run out after sitting in the lobby for 45-60 min. Currently waiting in the lobby and there are 2 people before me frustrated with over 1 hr wait. There seem to be at least 2 bankers in their cubes and with some customers. Very static ... read more
