Terrible customer service. My teller barely spoke to me....took forever...never asked how I wanted my cash back. Never even said thank you or have a nice day . I've been a customer for almost 20 years. Do better M & T !!!
Ellen is so kind working at front desk. Thanks
I go to the drive up ATM 99% of the time. Today was a reminder why going inside is worth the time. Joanne was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Her and her colleague were genuine service with a smile. Thanks to both of them for working together to find the various denominations I needed for Christmas gifts. Btw...a reminder to wear your pj's inside out...right Joanne ;)
Keep having minor annoyance, like this month, my "FREE" account did not have the service fee refunded. They have a word arrangement for a "Free" account where they charge you the service fee and SUPPOSEDLY refund it. Gotta go get this error fixed, just like the errors before. HOWEVER, as for most of the services of a standard bank, they do provide those adequately.
