I’m not happy with this bank really they don’t work properly
M&T is lucky to have Alla as your representative at your Gallows Road branch. She has a photographic memory and cares about her customers. I only wish that M&T products are more competitive so I can do more business with her.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alla Serebriakova for her outstanding customer service. I first met her about six months ago when I came in to make a withdrawal, and we had a short but pleasant conversation while waiting. When I stopped by yesterday to get a new debit card, I was amazed that she remembered exactly what we talked about months ago. This bank is like a museum. Everything is from 1969. Just want to use the ATM and that doesn’t even work. Can’t wait to get out of this bank
