If I could hit 0 stars I would! Terrible bank .
When it comes to business banking, stay away from this bank. They lock my card up for no reason, got new card and got locked up again, their fraud department is mediocre, can't get anything done with them. Everything you have to go to the bank like transfer money. I am so done and over with this bank. Save your time go down the road use Apple FCU or some other bank.
I have been dealing with one of my line of credit loans and have been wanting information and such and every time I have reached out no one is available to talk or answer questions. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for one week and when I have explained my frustration for "managers" not being available, I have been told "it is what it is" and that someone will reach out to me when they can. Which has not been the case as of yet. I feel like I am being given the run-around
When I opened my account this bank was great and after I have had nothing but problems. This location is so unprofessional and disrespectful they always give you the runaround. I had a wire deposit and the next day I went to take the money out and they put a hold and marked my to be frozen. This is the 3rd deposit from this same person. My account is frozen now and has been this way for 4 weeks now. I can't even pay my rent and may loose my house. This bank is destroying my life.
