This location might just be the worst in customer service. Never enough employees working and the ones that are working want to have a full blown conversation with other customers, causing an even longer wait and back up in the line 🤦♂️

I brought in POA packet for my mom's account on, 4/10/26. I called on, 4/20/26 because no new debit card was issued and correspondence about the POA. I was told that my sister and I need to come in with An Agent Certification For The State Of Delaware. There's no such form. I had someone from the governor's office call and she was told the same thing. Page 8 of the POA packet has the Agent's Certification As To Validity Of POA And Agent Authority.
