I'm new to the area, but so far it's been a very good experience
I brought in POA packet for my mom's account on, 4/10/26. I called on, 4/20/26 because no new debit card was issued and correspondence about the POA. I was told that my sister and I need to come in with An Agent Certification For The State Of Delaware. There's no such form. I had someone from the governor's office call and she was told the same thing. Page 8 of the POA packet has the Agent's Certification As To Validity Of POA And Agent Authority. This is the worst when it comes to customer service. Sad. Never has enough help.
Went here today and the teller (older Caucasian lady with glasses and dark hair) was SO rude and disrespectful to me. She was giving me a hard time even after I waited in line. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there. I ended up leaving and going to another branch because she was too lazy to do her job and argued with me about it. If you don’t like your job, just leave!
