Worst branch ever. I will go out of my way to go to another branch My story is similar to others who posted about them cancelling their accounts without a phone call. Done with them
MT bank Suburban decided to CLOSE all of my family's debit and credit cards AND GAVE US NO EXPLANATION!then had the nerve to have the police waiting for us at the branch when we showed up to get our money! Daughter was leaving for vacation with no $ or credit card! They didn't care. Police escorted us out! 3 days later, some random MT rep from Maryland called me to say we can go Get our money! Waited and waited for a bank officer to help with an account. Two white ladies saw me and ignored me and just kept talking to each other in one of their offices. Finally a friendly black teller came and asked if she could help. She took care of my account at one of the desks, then went back to being a teller. There is something rotten going on in this branch. It’s not that I had (1) bad experience, it’s that i have NEVER had a good experience with these people. Hope it becomes a Commerce Bank, and they ain’t even around. Basically, this place would be better as a smoke shop, or better even just a smoldering pile consumed by smoke. .
