Went here today and the teller (older Caucasian lady with glasses and dark hair) was SO rude and disrespectful to me. She was giving me a hard time even after I waited in line. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there. I ended up leaving and going to another branch because she was too lazy to do her job and argued with me about it. If you don’t like your job, just leave!
Excellent customer service.
Went to make an after- hours deposit at the outside depository box and it was locked. Completely defeats the purpose of its existence.
Every time I come here, I have to wait at least 20 minutes for an override. The one person told me there was three people that could do an override now I think there’s only two it’s just a cluster fruit here
ZERO STARS – Extremely Unprofessional & Discriminatory Treatment On 11/26/25 around 1 PM, I visited the M&T Bank branch in Newark, Delaware and had one of the worst banking experiences of my life.
