If I could give them less than one star, I would. They are the worst bank in the entire world. I absolutely do not recommend them. My experience has been terrible and extremely disappointing.
Terrible customer service. She doesn't know how to help you. And she'll get an attitude when you ask her a question that she doesn't really understand instead of trying to figure out what it is you need help especially with it only being your 1st time dealing with a certain situation. I was able to go to the branch in Aberdeen where they were able to assist me without no problem. I'll never step foot in that bank ever again. The lady's who damenor sucked from the jump.
