They are horrible. Because ofvthem I'm going to he homeless. They won't give me back my deposit of 606 dollars. They claim they are investigating. Investigate what. Whatever you do, avoid working with P M&T Bank. We have been lied to repeatedly about what we could and couldn't do with our account and what services we would get. I was just led to about mobile deposit limits and told it was impossible to get anyone a reasonable limit when the co-owner of the account already has the limits I was looking for.
Randy Morgan is the reason I bank with M&T. He is a problem solver and always gets the answers to my many questions ! I recommend Randy and M &T to any small busines looking to get set up and grow!
M&T Bank offers great products and services for small businesses like mine. Randy the Branch Manager at this location is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers all my questions honestly. Which is something very important when working with a business bank. Their Credit Card Services are excellent, and offer great benefits for every dollar you spend.
