I live in Milton but drive out of my way to this location as they are always friendly and willing to assist.
This branch specifically is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to any other branch if you must deal with M&T bank. This branch will not cash a (government) check, even after clarifying with them the month before that they will. They make you jump through hoops to have anything notorized. Our names are still not fully correct on our account. I gave up trying to get that taken care of long ago. I have wasted too much of my time already dealing with this bank.
Called several days in a row trying to get a Anwser on a question without having to show up. Terrible service no call back either, seriously thinking of changing banks.
Always a long wait, two tellers and always commercial customers with multiple bags at the window, not the proper way to handel this!
