Tellers need better training to know the difference between "and" or "or" on checks. Also need further training on bank checks. They would not accept a bank check for deposit from a local bank that was made payable to one person. The bank check state who it was payable to then three lines down from that has a remitted printed. Had the bank that the bank check was drawn off of call the m&t liverpool location since they denied the check. Olga is absolutely amazing. She did so well with stolen check book despite being new. She's really easy on the eyes too. Thank you Olga we love you!!! Would recommend this branch to friends and family! The mortgage advisor is real cool too. Humorous and well spoken. Talk to this dude if you want to buy a home. You won't be disappointed.
