Very helpful staff
In today's standards if I can give a negative 1 it would be that. Went to cash in two EE bonds and they told me I have to have an account with THEM. I've done this before and guess what, it's was at another M&T bank in Shamokin off W. Independence st.... The one in York pa said it's THEIR policy. I'm tired of the dictatorship,,,especially when your using the federal reserve money to operate your business franchise. Whats worse is these banks will issue them ,then tell you how you are going to cash them in. NOT with me, total... read more
It's been over 10 min sitting here through the drive-through, they took my deposit so far we're almost at 15 minutes.. I feel bad for the tellers. Think the manager needs to come out.
