In today's standards if I can give a negative 1 it would be that. Went to cash in two EE bonds and they told me I have to have an account with THEM. I've done this before and guess what, it's was at another M&T bank in Shamokin off W. Independence st.... The one in York pa said it's THEIR policy. I'm tired of the dictatorship,,,especially when your using the federal reserve money to operate your business franchise. It's been over 10 min sitting here through the drive-through, they took my deposit so far we're almost at 15 minutes.. I feel bad for the tellers. Think the manager needs to come out.
Always had great service at the Red Lion branch
Horrible customer service. Did not receive a welcome and it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged or asked what I needed. Finally got the attention of a teller despite needing a branch rep to order a card for an account. Finally sat down and after 5 minutes someone asked what I needed and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me but someone would soon. Then after another 5 min someone else came by and stated hello then assumed I was another customers daughter after I retold my request for a third time. Then laugh... read more
