Wallet was stolen drivers license bank card. Tried to withdraw money to replace ID gave my work ID and social security card and the teller said. Do you have an drivers liscense You need to go to Penn Dot. I explained to her I couldn't because I didn't have the money. Her false apologies. Pure not professional What about customer service?
Can’t get it together
If you live paycheck to paycheck, M & T bank is not a good choice. My experience with this bank and specifically this branch was very lacking. I opened my account in August to manage my car payments. The manager, Steve, opened both a savings and checking account. He told me that I would recieve both a debit a credit card upon opening the account. The debit card would be recieved in 5-7 business days and the credit card would arrive at my address in around 10 business days. After about two weeks, neither had arrived. I made c... read more
