I would’ve thought by now after ALL the complaints this location has received regarding customer service, some changes would’ve been made but unfortunately NOT!! 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru and not once did the Teller acknowledge my presence!! When will the excuse STOP being I’m working alone today?! As much traffic this branch gets, they should be better equipped to provide BETTER service!! So disappointing of their lack of quality service!!
I just left and I will never go back. They need customer service skills and I heard 2 workers speaking in Spanish about the customer who was before me as I was leaving out. They never said hello or thank you. When it was my turn to step up to the counter she gave me a look as if she was annoyed , she was like what you need today.?. I kept calm so that I can hurry out of there.
Horrible experience, only one cashier and they don't work, terrible, I don't recommend it.
