MnT as a whole is terrible! I’ve been banking with them for 3+ years and had my account compromised 3 or more times! I just got a new bank card Friday to have it compromised Sunday and then they shut down my Card so no access to any of my money I was stuck waiting until Monday when the bank opened then when I just got to the one on Stouffer Avenue They were only worried about their inside customers. I was disappointed with my experience at the M&T Bank Stafford Avenue branch today. I came in with a simple request to update my phone number, but unfortunately, I was unable to get the assistance I needed. I initially spoke with an older gentleman who was unable to help me, so I approached another employee for assistance. The second employee, who was younger, was not wearing a name tag, so I unfortunately do not know his name. His attitude and lack of communication were particularly disappointing.
