I went there to get paperwork done for a property purchase. The banker was very weird. She avoided eye contact, asked questions but talked over me and didn't let me answer. She asked questions and spent long time looking up her system to find the answers. The tellers also couldn't be bothered help but just told me to use the app. M&T bank either online or at store has very clunky system across online platforms and physical locations. The tellers are always very short with me at this location.
The worst Online Banking to deal with. It's IT department sucks!!! It's long ongoing struggle dealing with them. Time to move out of it. Online Banking Customer service has no idea at all with lots of attitude!!! One star because there is no zero!
