Excellent team in Lebanon
I have been banking with M&T for 15 years, I use them for my personal finances, my business finances, and I use their brokerage department for my investments. I have never had a problem with M&T until I visited this branch. The staff is rude and insulting. Honestly they reminded me of miserable people who hate their lives and take it out on others.
I was here to pull money out and did so. Then my friend sat in the parking lot because he got a phone call that was important with his health and he doesn't drive while on the phone like everyone should. A worker got out of her car, She was white with blonde hair and older and rudely asked us if we were done here and needed to park somewhere else. I a customer should not be told that especially if she wasn't clocked in. If that's how they treat people off the clock imagine how they treat customers on the clock.
Pulled into the parking lot for a phone call, woman with blond hair comes out and asks me am I coming into the bank. I say no mind you I'm on the phone. She said you need to find somewhere else to park like I'm sorry I don't wanna be on the phone while I'm driving. She didn't ask me nicely either.
