I was shopping around for a bank to create a business account. I have been to several banks earlier to talk to someone just to get information before I decide on a bank. I went to this bank and asked for assistance. They claim I have to make an appointment just to speak to someone and to go online. Now I've been to other banks, and that was not the case.
