Charged me \$64 dollars in overdraft fees even though I deposited a paycheck on the same day as the fees were handed out.
The entire staff needs a customer relations refresher course. I can put my money in any bank, and get next to nothing in return with the current economy. The staff thinks they are doing me a favor when I do my banking there, continually showing their ignorant behavior. It is just a matter of time before corporate closes this location, just like the Lansford branch.
It seems that M&T Bank has a lot of locations that you can get to. The tellers are first and friendly.
I had some fraudulent charges on my account due to my debit card number being stolen and this bank handled it very nicely. However I am still looking for another bank now. After countless insufficient funds fees charged to my account, I cant put off another bill anymore because of their goofs. It can take up to three days for my paychecks and deposits to clear (even cash!) and even when there is pending money in my bank I get slammed with more insufficient funds fees. I cant take it anymore.
I have been doing business at this location since I came back from Texas in 2000. Of all the branches, the people are the most helpful and friendliest.
M&T Bank in Brockport is a top notch organization, From the manager to the tellers your best interest is what they are looking out for 100% of the time.
The employees are great. They know there products and services and are very willing to help with any issues that arise. Especially the girls are the service desk as you walk in the front door. They know their job. Will always be a pleasure visiting this office.
they cant keep track of anything and they dont know what the hell they are doing. ive made deposits there and called up a few days later and they say there is nothing in my account and they have no record of any deposit. If you decide to go with them you better rethink your decision because it was definately the worst one ive ever made.
