Great service. The girls at the counter are so pleasant and helpful
I wrote the previous review before they made major changes at this bank. This branch is fine but I beg everyone to choose any other bank besides m&t. Basically no fraud support and you can't ever get a real person on the phone. And they'll keep you on hold for 45 minutes regularly. I'm leaving ASAP. Decent bank, 90% reliable atm. People inside are helpful too, but seem a little bothered to help at times. Was referred to "get the app" when I went in inquiring about something on my account. Would have just rather worked with a person to figure things out. 🤔
Friendly, easy access, typical bank.
Worst Bank to Bank out fee on top of fees. Go anywhere else. People only go because they are there!
