Pitiful customer service, they say, Fraudulent activity on the other end of my account! What do they do about! Absolutely nothing to the frauoparry but me, close my account! The other party has no access to my account but I get penalized! They put me in a bind! But who gets stuck with it! Me. Will never deal with this again!
20 minutes still not even taken care of. This branch is always a bust should just learn my lesson to avoid it

I wrote the previous review before they made major changes at this bank. This branch is fine but I beg everyone to choose any other bank besides m&t. Basically no fraud support and you can't ever get a real person on the phone. And they'll keep you on hold for 45 minutes regularly. I'm leaving ASAP. Decent bank, 90% reliable atm. People inside are helpful too, but seem a little bothered to help at times. Was referred to "get the app" when I went in inquiring about something on my account. Would have just rather worked with a person to figure things out. 🤔
