Helpful, friendly people. They keep you informed about about services, options and rates for your banking needs.
Worst bank ever. Wait times on the phone are over an hour and half the time they can't help you. Don't sign up for fraud alerts because you will never be able to use your debit card.
Totally incompetent, unresponsive, no concern for their customers time, boarder line disrespectful. Closing this branch would not cause concern. Feel free to ask me your questions here.
