I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch today. I went in to transfer funds from my business account to my personal account — something I’ve done multiple times before at a different branch without any issues. However, today I was told it couldn’t be done on the same day. It’s incredibly frustrating to get inconsistent information depending on which branch I visit.
