I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch today. I went in to transfer funds from my business account to my personal account — something I’ve done multiple times before at a different branch without any issues. Worst bank ever. Wait times on the phone are over an hour and half the time they can't help you. Don't sign up for fraud alerts because you will never be able to use your debit card.
