Absolute terrible customer service. Lien releases aren't done on time, and this happens to arrange a row of lies from the Vice Presidents of the company to to lower level employees. Reached all limits to complain about bad, unprofessional, and unjust practices of the employees, when even Joseph W. Anderson Jr., VP Business Banking Relationship Manager is the one that simply isn't doing his job. Better yet... right now, he is taking his vacation. Reorganize this bank or you'll lose customers you didn't know you can have.
Worst Bank I’ve ever been too!! Everytime I’ve been in they have made a new rule and are very disrespectful when asking what has changed from last visit. Never giving a response other than it’s always been like that when clearly wasn’t before. This is my 3rd and last time I will every go there I only went because location. Don’t recommend this location unless using ATM. Wish there were no stars instead of 1!!!!
