These five stars go directly to Sally at the Clifton Park branch. I got the major runaround, closing out my loan on my travel trailer stating the lien release was not going to be mailed to me until the 29th which is over two weeks from the date of my cashiers check from my bank. What a runaround… When I finally got a hold of Sally, she went the extra mile to accommodate my need for the lien release as I sold my travel trailer and am delivering it today. it’s employees like that that save face with customers.
