The teller and the manager were obnoxious condescending and rude to me. All while giving me incorrect information about cashing a check made out to me but from their bank. She then cashed my check after 30 minutes of me telling her what the rules were. She then insited I wasn't allowed to come to that branch anymore in which I did file a formal complaint about her actions. If you're a person of color avoid this bank at all costs or you will be racially profiled.
Though M&T bank at Clifton Park is not our branch bank, we stopped to increase our Zelle payment limit. It was to pay our apartment rent and security deposit. I was a bit impatient to complete our lease contract. Ms. Chris DeMichelle was very patient in explaining the bank’s security requirements and increased frauds their customers have been experiencing. This Bank is the worst, they claim you don’t make payments and jack your credit down. They when proved payments were made from a receipt of a check, they don’t own their mistakes. Now my father has to sue them to get everything straightened out. USE ANY OTHER BANK!
I came from the branch in Schaghticoke New York this branch is bigger more people to help you and they're very attentive I absolutely love this branch
Worst bank to work with, the people tell you a different thing depending on who you talk to. Not recommended.
