Horrible service, after speaking with 2 different people explained details of the situation twice, and then was told that they were gon call back and no call back and every time i call the branch they hang up on me.
I've had an account for a year now and I really enjoy banking with M&T. I don’t often go inside the branch but when I have the Tellers have been very friendly and willing to help. I love the M&T app as it’s super fast and it is well designed. The only issue I encounter with M&T regularly is that the ATMs can be finicky with depositing cash. If I were to guess every 4 times I deposit cash it spits two or three bills out that are in perfect condition. If I go to a different ATM it will usually, accept the bills.
