Avoid this Branch like the plague slowest service ever. 5 people behind the line two tellers working on a Friday. It's payday get a clue
I have always had great service from this bank..All the tellers know my name and welcome me when I go into the bank, the manager also know my name and are so very helpful to this math failure.
If you can, go to another branch. I bank with them for business and personal. 7 other locations I bank with are exceptional. This one however is slow, employees are rude and very inconsiderate.
M & T Bank refused to make change for me because I'm not a current customer. The teller was rude and inconsiderate. I will NEVER bank with M & T because of this experience.
M&T is the worst bank ever. They hold checks for up to 6 days. And give fees when it is not necessary.
The lines are slow as hell !!!!
