Useless and slow like hell
They only care about the sell and have my HELOC tied up to where I can not even access the money for god knows how long. This is after being non-responsive to questions about the appraisal. Now the branch is telling me to call the HELOC line and the HELOC line is telling me there is nothing they can do I have to go to the branch. I had a great first experience a few years back but after this ridiculous experience I will be working towards moving all my banking needs to any other bank.
I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this location. For starters I scheduled multiple appts online and each time the person assigned to me was unavailable or in a meeting. So I had to be helped by someone else. Marcus ended up helping me both times. He was very friendly however there was some confusion with opening a new account for my child. I prefer the atlee road location. This location is closer to me tho which is why I gave them a try.
I am very pleased with the services I receive at the Innsbrook branch of M&T Bank. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with a smile. Not only do they attend to one’s needs, but they also make helpful suggestions to solve problems and offer their services. I highly recommend this branch.
