What a shame! Went there to withdraw money and they said they don’t have any!!!!! What I do feel is they racial profiled me. Never again what’s the point in banking with them if they don’t have money?!!!
Lady on the phone spoke another language to me when I only speak English like that's ridiculous - also BY THE WAY EVERYONE if you want notary work done they only do it for M&T customers only. You have to be signed up with them to get it done.
I use this bank branch regularly. Very happy with the services and staff, especially Steve.
Hate new location. Old location w parking was great. Old staff much better
I don’t have an account at M&T, but my Mom does. Due to my mom’s illness, I’m doing her banking now and have found the entire staff at the Great Neck branch were great, and beyond helpful & courteous…especially Steve. Wish they had more convenient branches so I can switch out my Citibank accounts to M&T.
