Whatever you do, just don't do it. Dont think about opening an account here and if you have one and it is not to late go anywhere else. Chase, Capital One, whatever. This is the WORST bank in the world.
Terrible bank who makes you jump through hoops to get anything done. Too lazy to check google for addresses. Do not do what a bank is supposed to do unless you demand they do it. Trying to get a lien release from them is impossible.
One of the worst business account put an account on hold for no reason or good reason
What a shame! Went there to withdraw money and they said they don’t have any!!!!! What I do feel is they racial profiled me. Never again what’s the point in banking with them if they don’t have money?!!!
Lady on the phone spoke another language to me when I only speak English like that's ridiculous - also BY THE WAY EVERYONE if you want notary work done they only do it for M&T customers only. You have to be signed up with them to get it done.
