This has been one of the most stressful, disrespectful, and heartless banking experiences my family has ever gone through. M&T Bank has shown zero accountability over the last 4–5 MONTHS. Worst experience- I have never seen such type of bank. Worst service.My account got blocked. after my complaint, still no one contacted me yet, i got one call i told them i am at work , i will call you within 1 hour they told yes please we are open till 4 , but i tried to call them 4-5 times before 3.
What happened to me at this M&T Bank branch is absolutely unacceptable. I walked in with a legitimate check written to my name, with my valid ID, and everything perfectly correct. Instead of doing her job, the cashier spent several minutes just staring at the check, staring at me, and acting like I was doing something wrong.
