Very good customer service. Friendly and efficient staff.
My mother went in to open a new account as an existing customer. The branch had only 3 employees helping customers, so VASTLY understaffed. She waited for over a half an hour, and nobody helped her. It was approaching closing time and a bank employee told her that they were closing soon and that there were already three or four people in front of her and that they probably weren’t going to be able to help her today. Terrible experience.
