Great service here! The lady I worked with was super nice! (Her name starts with a K- I forget the whole name, sorry!) I asked if they take change rolls for cash and they do. Sure enough I came back an hour or so after I walked over to hand in my freshly counted change rolls and got my dollar bills! She was so nice and efficient throughout the process. As I collect change this will be my go to place to exchange my change rolls. Right around the corner from my aparment, it's a 20 second walk. Definitely recommend!
Great staff
This bank has a one-star rating due to major customer service issues with the manager, Ms. Holt. The other staff working there are incredible people and do a tremendous job. The bank itself is a one-star as well. They do not have a client service mindset and lost the money in my account. Be VERY careful before selecting this bank. If you do select it, please diversify your funds. Don't put yourself at risk.
I am a small business owner and I have used other banks when I first opened my business 20 years ago. I encountered multiple issues with those banks and decided to try M&T Bank in Gettysburg. I have been using M&T Bank for 13 years and I have never had a problem. The people who work at the Gettysburg branch are beyond amazing. Very good bank friendly people just wish they were opened later during the week because they close before I get out of work
