The staff are rude at this location, and the bank is antiquated. My dad, who is not tech savvy, requested assistance on two occasions, and the answer was “do it online.” When I tried to help him articulate his questions over the phone when he called me from the branch, he was told he wasn’t allowed to have me on the phone—they were in a private office and I live two hours away. Zero compassion, terrible customer service, terribly old UI on their websites and app that are reminiscent of the early 2000s.
People working at the location are great. People on the customer service line are rude though.
Great service here! The lady I worked with was super nice! (Her name starts with a K- I forget the whole name, sorry!) I asked if they take change rolls for cash and they do. Sure enough I came back an hour or so after I walked over to hand in my freshly counted change rolls and got my dollar bills! She was so nice and efficient throughout the process. As I collect change this will be my go to place to exchange my change rolls. Right around the corner from my aparment, it's a 20 second walk. Definitely recommend!
Great staff
This bank has a one-star rating due to major customer service issues with the manager, Ms. Holt. The other staff working there are incredible people and do a tremendous job. The bank itself is a one-star as well. They do not have a client service mindset and lost the money in my account. Be VERY careful before selecting this bank. If you do select it, please diversify your funds. Don't put yourself at risk.
