The manager was very helpful I had some issues with certain fees I incurred by accident and they took care of the issue promptly. I'm disappointed the branch closed.
If i could give them negative stars I would absolutely terrible bank. Im left high and dry with absolutely no money for a whole week while they place an ridiculous hold on my money

Horrible. I work with a dealership. And the payoffs of the vehicle loans are just horrendous.
I am only giving this bank 1 star because it doesn’t allow you to use negative numbers. This is the worst bank that I have ever experienced BY FAR! The customer service is terrible. I opened the account and a few day later, I edeposited a check. It said that funds edeposited prior to 8pm would be processed the same day. It was 6:45pm when I made the deposit. I waited a couple of hours and it was still not there, so I called. They said that it should be available the next day. I waited until noon the next day, and nothing. I ... read more
