Buying your first home is supposed to be one of the happiest moments of your life, however M&T bank has made it quite the opposite for me. I would never recommend anyone to use them. When I first started this process it was pretty simple and mid-way they decided to stop responding and leave me with so many unanswered questions. Excellent service. Rupleen has always been the best! Would highly recommend this branch.
Unprofessional staff that espouse argumentative, personal views during simple interactions like withdrawing money. Along with their lack of manners, the tellers could also use some lessons on personal hygiene and appearance.
Went in to withdraw money, not listen to your teller’s argumentative rants on gender equality. Everything is relative, get a grip and hang up the drama at the door. You’re at work.
