The teller spent 10 minutes questioning our life choices and explaining what we need to do in our live since he knows how to make it easier. We came to cash out the check, and we do not need an account with you to cash it out, if it came from your bank. He then proceeded telling us that cashing the check would cost $20 and if we open the account it will cost $20 so it’s a lot easier to do. On top of that we will have to pay the membership fees. A retail bank should be open on Saturday. I now need to take time off from work to go inside the branch. Not acceptable.
